Us too — that’s why we’ve created the Becoming Mindful Journey. Thanks to step-by-step guidance, you’ll learn to make tuning in as easy as tuning out, so you can feel happier and calmer every day.

The Becoming Mindful Journey is an expert-designed program, full of tools and practices based in cognitive behavioral therapy. These tools have been extensively researched and they really work. For everyone. In this Journey, you’ll learn the techniques to truly channel your innate ability to be mindful… even when life gets messy.

What to expect from the Becoming Mindful Journey

By the end of this journey, you should feel calmer, be less reactive, and see a noticeable increase in your ability to be present, and have a proven set of tools to use throughout your life. Most people will complete this journey in about 6 to 8 weeks, checking off one item a day, but you can go at your own pace, as quickly or slowly as you like. The first four modules are free, and the remainder are accessible through your health plan or a self-pay subscription.
