This experience also shaped his contributions to Braving Anxiety.

What to expect from the Braving Anxiety Journey

By the end of this journey, you should see a noticeable decrease in anxious feelings and have a proven set of tools to use anytime anxiety flares up again in your life. Most people will complete this journey in about 6 to 8 weeks, completing one item a day, but you can go at your own pace, as quickly or slowly as you like. The first four modules are free, and the remainder are accessible through your health plan or a self-pay subscription.
