I made it through my entire shift without having an anxiety attack. That's not happened since early December. Yay! 💪

Positive thoughts on getting a fabulous new job! I've decided to leave my current job as I don't feel appreciated. Tomorrow is going to suck but it feels good to have prospects.

I go above and beyond every single day and unless I have a meltdown with my boss I go unnoticed....

I feel like I'm always being given endless jobs to do and expected to do them all really fast. Yet everyone else stands around chatting, taking it easy. It doesn't help that I have only been here a couple of months while they have all worked together for years. I'm in the group but I'm not 'in' the group.

So proud of my self! Colleague with whom I work closely was a MAJOR, UNNECCESSARY, MEAN, DRAG. This time I didn't take it personally (she has that reputation). She didn't really affect me at all! Liberating!

Not feeling enough purpose and passion about the field I am in.

Feeling trapped in my career. Only way out is to further my degree but how do I do that when my job exhausts me mentally?

I can't believe my workplace. I can't believe i have to clean everything from freezers to fryers only to have my managers disregard anything I do. They leave super passive aggressive memos about "fully" cleaning equipment and even cross my names off any lists of maintenance claiming I didn't do it right. Meanwhile I'm on my hands and knees literally scrubbing the floors and having allergic reactions to all cleaning supplies. I can't stand it.

I have this constant paranoia that my boss's are trying to set me up to fail so they will have just cause to fire me.

I have to learn to leave work at work. I hate to come home in a bad mood. So I've decided when I'm home to put work aside and in joy my wife and we shall see how it goes. Can let work always bring ya down.

I've just got into work and already I'm feeling anxious. Nothing has even happened yet. Maybe it's just me but I felt like I picked up a vibe when I came in. I've got a feeling this shift is not going to be a good one. At least I'm only doing a half day today.

I work with a know it all... this person is a expert on everything. At times it makes me feel insecure and I know my job. But the expert has me second guessing things I know! It's hard, I try to ignore the behavior, but it's hard. How do you compete with someone who knows everything (at least thinks so)

Staying motivated, while trying to stay on top of projects and deadlines. That is my biggest struggle, I am needing to figure out better time management or organization skills to better prepare for interruptions and unexpected events while staying focused, calm and collected.

I am proud of me because today I did a presentation in class and I spoke very well and I was almost confortable in front of so many people (which has never happened). This app is incredible!

Today was Public Holiday over here and I was able to park work it's only creeping back now since I know I need to log in remotely to finish off the work that was impossible for me to have all completed the day before. I am trying to have an early night but the pending of it is in the back of my head......I will just have to let it go.....

I need some ME-TIME because it's always about everybody else at work. A day's work never ends & it cycles daily/nightly making me feel anxious for the next day. Work is never done. Always unresolved issues, new issues, more problems. Nothing good enough. Seems like never enough. Can I scream now? 😲

My boss just told me that my depression is putting her down cause she can sense people's feelings, she suggested I "do yoga or something" so I could stop bringing negativity into her firm

My boss really dropped a bomb on me. Evidently no one at work likes me. I've been there for years and had no idea. I am crushed and scared that I am going to lose my job.

Had one of the worst shifts yesterday thanks to my manager and how she always blames me for stuff I haven't done. Makes me feel like I can't do anything right. She wouldn't be wrong. I'm so stupid.
