Sometimes I get made to feel incompetent and when I begin to believe so I start to act that way and it makes me feel useless, It tends to start with afew people making shitty comments then I take it to heart and think people are talking about me. It's a very difficult feeling for me to deal with.

It's practically my job to get yelled at for other people's mistakes and sometimes it's too much.

I had a job interview today, just feeling a little nervous about interacting with people. Don't have much job experience so I this is all new to me.

I'm having the worst luck with the job search. I graduated 6 months ago and since then I've been living at home with no job away from all my friends. I'm so desperate for advice right now. I'm exhausted and convinced my friends and family think I'm a failure

How is it possible that my boss is delighted over his light workload today when I'm drowning in things that need to get done?

Due to my extreme anxiety and panic, I can't work. I would have panic attacks all day long so instead I made my own business & joined itworks and can work from home. ๐Ÿ’š now I can still provide for my family WITH my anxiety. Thank you itworks!

My mum has told school about my anxiety and panic attacks and my form tutor was suppost to speak to me about it and hasn't! It's been about 4 days! That's the problem being one of the quiet ones you become forgotten....

I ve created emotions rooms, i have one for anxiety, one for anger, one for intense fear, happiness, love and one for confidence. Each time i feel one of those emotions i imagine the design of the specific emotion room and i "sit in the room" until the emotion fades away. As i put moments in the rooms, i can gradually enter that room and acces that emotion whenever i want. It s a great tehnique i learnt form the neouro linguistic programming course and it has it s base from the 5hats technique:)

I am dealing with a assistant director who is not even working on getting my leave approved for dec. This trip with be to see my grand baby for the first time. I turned in the leave in Aug. It is frustrating me as she keeps giving reasons. I have talked to several people about the issue and have a way to fix the problem. But I do not like to feeling pushy/or dealing with confrontation. I realize that if I want my leave I must do something. I quess what I need is support/guidance.

It's difficult for me to get a job. I'm 21, and still don't have a job. I'm way too anxious in interviews and they end up not wanting me because of it. So I'm afraid to even apply for jobs now. It's frustrating.

Today I felt quiet confident despite the fact that I had to talk to many top managers in the company I work for. I am a lawyer so I had to present my draft of the contract. But later this day my boss without any prior notice presented me my new "mentor" whom I really didn't like. Very nosy and bossy. Now I have to find a way how to work the things out with him. I felt an incredible pressure today....

Ive been working in the service industry since I was 17. Im 24. Bartender for 3 years. The more i deal with people, the more I hate it & realize I dont want to deal with people anymore.i want to focus on my art&working towards figuring out my anxiety has me feeling super lazy&not doing my art at all.Im also about to be on probation again so my mind is consumed with my first job, learning all new things at a new job&about to be on probation&the shame from that. I hate my job and I am planning to leave after Christmas. I'm sick of being one of the only people in the office to actually try and be good at their job. I get no recognition for the extra work I do and can't get a pay rise. I feel like a bit of a failure as I always had so much potential and haven't done anything with it.

I feel angry and annoyed with different customers with bad attitudes, with having to do other jobs that aren't meant to be my own, I feel annoyed at the colleagues around me for not including me in things.

I'm so nervous that I won't get a job that my anxiety gets in the way of just opening up Word to fix my resume. I'm a recent college graduate and have had several internships, but because I had an awful experience at my last internship, I'm completely terrified of trying. I just don't feel like I'm capable of accomplishing anything.

My boss stresses me out most days, he will pick fault with me daily over stupid things that I haven't done like not emptying the Hoover bag or cause I've left my empty cup in the stockroom and not washed it up, constant little digs with the way I do my job which stresses me out and makes me forget things,it's been mentally draining me for months and it don't matter how many times I have a go back at him in hes eyes I'm always in the wrong.

I've been doing well at work (just started in the summer) and I was starting to get a little more confident but then someone gave me a ton of review notes on my work and someone very high up saw it and told my friend to watch out when she reviews my work because I am having trouble but I'm really not! It was a really hard job and the first time anyone at my work ever did it so I had nothing to reference for help :( I don't want people to talk about me or how they think I'm having a hard time...

I can't make people tea or coffee in work as i shake to much when walking past other people. any advice?

At work I get really giggly and I'll burst out laughing at things that aren't even funny. The other day, I saw two employees say hello to eachother and I burst into laughter. Juggling depressed moods and inflated moods, I'm wondering if I might be hypomanic.

Well this is a cross between work and school stress. I love my job I do but I'm over stressed because of school. Between working full time and going to school I've been exhausted and when I'm home I feel numb and I don't wanna do anything, unless my friends drag me out, then I normally feel better. The stress is getting to me.

I don't really mind change at work, but it's very stressful when the changes come too fast and seem arbitrary :(
