I had a panic attack at work. My boss told me to suck it up. I ended up vomiting 3 times. I can't do this. I feel so weak and helpless.

I'm tired of having to constantly pick up other people's slack. It's disrespectful and I'm tired of it. I work hard enough as it is. Some people can't complete the simplest of tasks to keep things flowing smoothly. So who gets left to pick up after them? Me.

I work at a retail/pharmacy chain where I'm a photo tech. Lately, they won't let me do my job. They have decided that there can't be more than one person in photo at a time. Instead of scheduling me for one of the many shifts that no one works photo, which they desperately need and that I am honestly very good at, they stick me at 9 hour shifts on the register and I'm not allowed to leave it. They don't do this to any other techs, and I've talked to the scheduler, but no one seems to care.

I just finished a 2 year diploma in event management. Well now it's time to look for work in that field but I am not sure if I even want to work as an event planner! I have so much student debt it's overwhelming and I have not found a good paying job

Regardless of my FMLA, my boss told me I need to do more during the time that I'm actually at work.. So now I'm busting my butt. I can't help but hope they fire me so I don't have to deal with the stress this place causes me. At the same time I'll have to worry about money and a new job. - anxious

I recently moved from a position were I had to "manage up" and basically do my job and my bosses job at once. I was always wrong or not working hard enough. Now everything is good, I only have to worry about myself and there are never endless lists of unfinished tasks at the end of the day. I still feel anxious though, like I'm missing something or not working hard enough.

I'm 19 and I used work the last year to busy myself after a bad relationship. This summer I took on 3 combined internships and jobs and it has made me so anxious and drained my energy but I feel trapped I don't want to give up I want to do well and prove I'm good enough to myself

Working at Costco for a year now and let's say some people don't understand that I am human with feelings and ontop of that; anxiety. Why do people not consider my feelings? I understand my mistakes and trust me; I know I've done wrong. Acgnowledge it but why comment those nasty remarks? It hurts way too much yet I'm surprised I don't cry or scream. Screw you members.

I'm ending the third consecutive week without any tasks on my job... I do mean exactly nothing to do for 8hours on an open space. To many this sounds like a dream, getting paid to do nothing, but for someone with generalized axienty like me this is excruciating. I'm sad, frustraded, empty and stuck.

I care for other people for a living so when it comes to looking after myself I tend to ignore my own needs until I get home and then I end up crashing all of my emotions at once. It's exhausting

I've been looking for a new job for weeks now. I feel like my current job sucks the life out of me.

I work five days a week from 4pm-2am. The people I work with aren't genuine friends, they don't do anything besides drink, but they are the only friends I have here. It makes me drink more and hangout with people who don't truly care about me. I want to quit because the job is affecting my grades in college too, but I feel like if I quit I will have no one and spiral back into depression. Is it worth the risk of having no friends until I find new, genuine ones?

I recently graduated from cosmetology school and I am now working in a salon. I'm still entry level and a lot of my coworkers won't help me. I'm so afraid of messing someone's hair up. Yesterday someone came in and wanted his beard trimmed and shaped. I never learned that! I'm not a barber. And I was told "just do it." And my client yelled at me the entire time.

I'm not getting enough hours at my job so I have no money to pay for my car in the shop, my car payments, and my school loans.

I'm getting special training and I was sent to another store. I'm so nervous about being in a new environment. Praying for no anxiety attacks today.
