“I find my therapy in taking photos & posting to Instagram. There’s something about getting outside (even if it’s the same place) & noticing the light or the shadow, a tree, a plane in the sky. My dogs get me out initially and then the natural world draws me into simply noticing & admiring all around me. This is being present & mindfulness to me. @terre_bonne”
