“I'm trying to make a habit of journaling. It helps weed out all the irrational thoughts and feelings that my BPD plants in my mind. It's hard learning to see beyond just black and white. On top of journaling I'm trying to get back into mediation. Finally did a session tonight after my exercise. It's hard to stick to a routine because I just want to not do anything all the time. But I have to stay mindful to stay sane.”
