“The tiny things are really the biggest things when you are trying to pull yourself out of a negative loop. I will notice my thoughts warping, my feelings changing my reactions & behaviors becoming more unpredictible, my health & appetite directly correlate with my stress levels,and all these things can just snowball spiral downwards continuously unless I try new habits to better myself, and the maintain hope that all these little things added up make for a big change. And that keeps me going.”
