“My therapist actually gave me this tip, and it’s that when I’m feeling like bad thoughts are coming I just have to close my eyes, take deep breaths and try to picture me in my favorite place, or see me archiving a goal, and try to make it feel as real as possible, that way your brain will be fooled and thinks that’s happening, and the calm will come, I hope it can help you!”
