“Daily 2018 practice: Once I get home after work I light a candle on my meditation altar. I also light some beautiful lanterns and my Himalaya salt lamp. And I sit and I meditate in silence for just 5 minutes. I don’t close my eyes. I use the lights to focus my attention. This practice is keeping me grounded specially when I want to revisit past memories that can’t be redone”
