“I do a mindful meditation, either one on here, or one on 7 Cups, another wellness app that I'd recommend. I want to meditate daily, but I have fallen out of the habit; currently I only seem to one a week! Also, I am currently doing meditations that last between theee and ten minutes. My goal is to do a half hour of meditation every day. 😌⛩⏳☯️”
