“I actually love my job, but struggle to deal with the high levels if stress it causes me. I can't seem to internalize the positive and seem to give people the impression that I don't like it because I'm a venter. Many times venting helps me process and come up with solutions for diffrent issues, but I'm sure that it's becoming a burden to my family and close coworkers, and just seems to perpetuate my negativity. I'm not sure how to get out if this frustrating habit.”
