“I am not working right now, but in the last year, I have made a goal of increasing my volunteering as a stepping stone to going back to work, at least part-time. But I have physical as well as mental wellness issues, most notably arthritis in my knees. I have to work to one volunteer position next week - for 5 days in a row - and I'm worried that it will be too much for me. Cancelling plans or calling in sick to work used to be a big problem for me, so I don't want to start doing it again. 😬”
