“Used to love my job now I dread every working day, I do sleep ins at work and had a massive panic attack one night(actually felt like I was going to die) so now I dread going and on sleep in days I can feel the tension & anxiety building all day then it's starts once I go to bed. I am trying to help myself through it I just hate the feeling when it starts and it's making me not want to go to work anymore😔”
