“Does anybody else work evening shift and feel like it is making their life miserable? I wake up and already dread going to work (I am a new nurse) to the point where I can't get out of bed and I oversleep. I try to keep my mind off work by going to the gym, running errands, etc. but I rarely have time to finish everything, which adds stress. I get out of work, often not until 1 am, go to bed, and repeat. I have no life because of work and I am so lonely. Staying positive the best I can.”
