“I have trouble getting to work. I only work 2 days/week. The night before I have to work I can't sleep. In the morgning I feel exhausted, anxious every now and then I have a panicattack and I can't seem to get out of the door. Once at work I feel pretty normal and day 2 I feel even better. I know I do a good job and I know everythings fine, but every week it's the same. Why? Does anyone feel the same? What helped you?”
