“So I have pretty severe anxiety and went to the gym today for the first time in months (I used to go about 4 days a week). It wasn't too bad. No hard heart beat or panic attack. I got through the workout and felt better about myself. It's getting better, and I'm so glad that there were people to show me the way to get there. I still have a long way to go, but just remember that we can make it. We just have to try :D”
