“Over the past two weeks I've been so close to just walking out of my job, or just not going in at all. This place is super stressful and triggering and I'm not cut out for a full time job. My bosses hate me, and I feel the same way about them. Have tried not to be too BPD impulsive... but I don't yet know enough DBT skills to regulate myself better. Work sucks. It's so bad I just want to jump off the highest building I can find. 😔”
