“I don't care where I am or what it looks like to people, but if I'm feeling a wave of anxiety or feel an attack coming on I just shut my eyes, focus on my breathing, and I keep reminding myself that this is a moment. It's fleeting and life is moving. Everything passes - even if it doesn't feel like it. Sometimes if I just forget where I am it resets my soul.”
