“Tomorrow is my first day back after thanksgiving break, and although I've reflected a lot on my feelings and anxiety during the break and gotten into a somewhat more positive headspace, I feel like it'll all be thrown away tomorrow. I'm constantly comparing myself to others, worrying I'll mess things up for my kids (I'm a teacher), or that I'll lose my job. I need to believe in myself and accept that who I am is enough.”
