“Have felt on the outer at work. I overthink things but have been trying not to bottle them up (I tend to have outbursts of pent up frustration and stress if I do). I told two of my coworkers that I was unhappy with how they were treating a new initiative they have headed up; made me feel more excluded.
They were really hurt by it so now I just feel awful and worse off than when I started. They see my perspective and apologised but their hearts were in the right place. Wish I said nothing.”
