“I ve created emotions rooms, i have one for anxiety, one for anger, one for intense fear, happiness, love and one for confidence. Each time i feel one of those emotions i imagine the design of the specific emotion room and i "sit in the room" until the emotion fades away. As i put moments in the rooms, i can gradually enter that room and acces that emotion whenever i want. It s a great tehnique i learnt form the neouro linguistic programming course and it has it s base from the 5hats technique:)”
