“Even though yesterday was trying to break me; today, I'm going to rise above my anxiety. I'm going to keep a peaceful mind, silent mind, resting heartbeat. I'm going to be kind to everyone I enteract with, and ultimately be kinder to myself. I'm going to show love for the ones who love me, and love myself. I couldn't help what happened yesterday, but today if anything.comes my way I'm going to stay calm and manage it.”
