“I pray in the morning n night. I exercise, I write and reflect on my past so I can see how far I have come, what I've learnt, how strong I am. I also spend time in nature go for a walk by the river be in the present no thoughts just listening to the birds watching nature butterflies trees feeling the sun n wind on my skin and being grateful for nature and for those whom have passed away human and pets and believe that they are part of nature now watching over me.”
