Twenty One Pilots is a duo band that understands depression and anxiety. The Neighbourhood has a pretty chill, relaxing, vibe. Panic! At The Disco has a fun, get active, dancing, vibe. Fall Out Boy is.. Well, the music is great! My Chemical Romance is a great bad to listen to for different emotions: angry, sad, happy. Please enjoy your style of music and don't bash other's taste in music! (My taste in music is your face!

I know that everyone mentions TØP, but I want you to encourage you to listen to some of their unreleased music such as the album "Regional at Best" and Tyler's album "No Phun Intended" from when he was 17. Though they are no longer available in many places, I like listening to them on YouTube!

If you want a really inspirational song, look up Lana Del Rey - Ride. Listen to the long edition, about 10 minutes. Worth it.

If you want to relax, I recommend instrumentals from The 1975 like "Please Be Naked" or "An Encounter"

I think that litening to music with deep lyrics is good because if you are thinking about the song then you won't be worried about your anxiety. (I recommend Melanie Martinez because most of her songs have a deeper meaning behind them).
