Focus on today, not tomorrow. Focus on right now, not later. Observe your surroundings, do not think of what’s going to happen throughout the day. Live in the now.

It’s okay to not want to be sometimes. It’s also okay to have a lazy day. Just don’t wallow in the fact you did nothing. Embrace the opportunity to relax.

Everytime you feel sorry for yourself or think of self-harm, come here on this app first and look at all these posts that people share. The quotes, the struggles, the pain, the hopes, look at all of it. And then decide on the next step.

Writing and imagining a life with less fear in it. Being positive and realizing that with being positive and courageous come many advantages . I tend to be afraid and or sad thinking I can’t do something about a situation or do my hobbies work when in fact by learning cbt I see you can. That excites me to think there are skills and ways to deal more effectively. I think change my thinking around disappointment and fear and coping not reacting too much.

My grandmother taught me a way to appreciate life. I would having this saying : "I am happy and grateful for... (what ever is good in your life or day)... " I would say it in my head over and over again when I wasn't okay or I would say it when every was great it makes me appreciate everything more. And even if you are having a bad day it makes you think of what is going well right now and not what isn't. This frase changed my life.

I stay as engaged as possible in the present time. I try my best to completely listen to every word that someone says, I check my phone minimally, take notice of my feelings, and take note of what I am observing.

I’m going to keep a grateful list everyday and I also love affirmations. I will also see how to not get into patterns “ barriers” that repeat. I’m going to keep be on being myself my happy genuine self and be present by accepting the past and letting it go. Sometimes anxiety feels like I’ll have it and it’s good for me to protect myself , stay safe I realize that it doesn’t let me do all I’d love to do. So I’m going to be honest it doesn’t make me feel better and have all I’d love.

I journal poems, stories and about my past and present life and read meaningful quotes, poems and look at meaningful pictures on social media.Plus I try to make sure listen to my thoughts and listen to all the positive things my brain is saying about how grateful I am and how positive my day and life is going and telling myself to keep reminding me and become even more confident and keep feeling so grate about myself and who I am.
