Today I am keeping my mind within my own sphere of wellbeing and self care. I am not looking outside of myself today and not allowing anybody to dictate my feelings of self worth or accomplishment...just for today. (It is some serious effort to be that mindful for an length of time. 😬)

I feel so relaxed after I put my thoughts out here. I write as much as I can. All positives and all negatives. Just leave them out here. It doesn't matter whether anybody has seen it or not. I tell myself, "You put it out there and you did a great job."

I’m learning to feel when tension arises in my body from an external event and being able to breathe and release that feeling that is causing me stress, or at least lessen it.

I stay mindful but turning off my phone, sitting quietly and focusing on my breathing and aware of my thoughts. Deep breathing helps release tension in my neck and hands.

I journal A LOT - calendars, journals, random notes, etc. it helps keep everything organized and findable! It also helps to be able to track and see what helps and what doesn’t!

Meditation , meditation, meditation..... these two days I tried Autogenic training. Wow. You breath in n out then you focus on your arms legs , right , left, affirmations my ❤️Is calm n relax, breath calm n relax, . It’s great

I’ve been trying to notice the parts of my surroundings I often don’t think about. The cement in parking lots having uneven patches, the sound of shopping carts on tile floors, and the smell of fresh rain. It helps me get in touch with the simplicity of reality that I forget about too often.
