I have a necklace that has a sayings on it. I AM STRONG< I AM WORTHY<I AM LOVED>I AM ENOUGH. It helps me stay mindful of my mental health. Its nice to have.

I am off of Facebook as of today. I love taking periodic detoxes. The longest I've been completely off was for one year. It was great! I feel at peace this way.

I just started having little check ins and use my first name to start. “Alright, Jenn what’s going on, how you feeling?” Then I type out what thoughts pop in. I use the tools on the app to help correct any negative self talk or when I feel myself start to spiral. It’s nice to look at progress or even bad days and how my rest correlated.

Use voice to text on my phone and just talk about everything that went on my day on the sanvello app. I really gain awareness of myself and learn to appreciate life everyday !!!!😁😁❤

for the longest time i would be doing the smallest thing and say “it’s only right now” it’s helped a lot surprisingly. my boyfriend tells me “there’s a reason the rear view is smaller then the wind shield because the stuff in the past will always be smaller and further away then our future”

I've gotten kinetic sand and play foam. I'm going to put them in a large pencil case so I can have them in class and I think this will help a lot with my focus and starting grounded.

And like stressful situations I tend to say that it's okay to feel panicked and afraid. Emotions and negative feelings aren't you. They are just instinctive things that happen. They don't define your personality or anything at all. They come and go like clouds :)

Totally struggling with using the mindfulness section of the app. I want to use it. I hope to use it. But just like journaling, I worry I'm going to mess it up and ruin it. My handwriting sucks so as soon as I write in a journal, it's messed up and if I don't meditate right then it'll be screwed up too and the cycle continues.....

Not long ago I finally had some me time and dedicated it to write about how I felt, the difficulties I was facing and my worries. Apart from that I reflected on all the good qualities I believe I have. It made me feel so much better and connected with who I am. It made me heal in a certain way. Now I can finally feel calmer and it's like I'm being more gentle with myself and taking baby steps to finally feeling okay again.
