Stay optimistic. Soon as you notice a negative thought, redirect yourself. Think what you’re grateful for. Think of what’s going right.

I realized that my dog is a great practitioner of mindfulness. When we're on a walk, he pays keen attention to all the sights, smells, and sounds around him. When he's in the backyard, he's fully committed to tracking action of the birds and squirrels. When I roll tennis balls to him, he doesn't take his eyes of them and jumps to block almost every one. He's fully engaged in the moment. I can learn a lot from him.

When im on campus and im walking to class im mindful by looking at my surroundings. The beautiful trees, flowers, and buildings. I try to take it all in. I also write down places / backgrounds on campus where i could take some nice pics.

I created this thing for myself. I first write my negative thoughts in a journal I own, keep it hidden and I never go back to it. Though after I create that negative note, I go ahead and write a positive note on how I can change It later on. Then i’ll go back to it and read the positive note and feeling a bit good about myself

Even though yesterday was trying to break me; today, I'm going to rise above my anxiety. I'm going to keep a peaceful mind, silent mind, resting heartbeat. I'm going to be kind to everyone I enteract with, and ultimately be kinder to myself. I'm going to show love for the ones who love me, and love myself. I couldn't help what happened yesterday, but today if anything.comes my way I'm going to stay calm and manage it.

I stay mindful each day by focusing more on the positive things and just letting my negative feelings go on this app.

I have been making a gratitude list at the end of each night before bed. It helps me remember what really matters

I compliment myself. I go to my bathroom look in the mirror and say something along the lines of "You can do this."or "You made it through this day keep going."

I set my alarm on my phone to go off periodically with the intent to pause for a moment from what I'm doing if possible, and take note about what's going on around me sensorywise

Might sound strange, but watching a movie I love really helps me enjoy the present moment fully because I’m not thinking about other things.

I’m trying to think of the positive things in my life despite the trials I’m going through now. I do believe that there is something good in every day despite how it may feel. I love reading my Kindle and playing Candy Crush Jelly (yes I still play it).
