Definetely Hope. 💖 Hope is also a sign that we want to be alive, even if we haven’t admitted that to ourselves. Hope is a symbol of desire and the want to move forward, even if we don’t have the tools yet to make what we envision happen. 💛 Hope makes me strong despite all the reasons there are not to be. Hope makes me want to fight and win. Hope is the way I stay mindful every day. 💛🌈

I always listen to a podcast or ted talk and write notes about it, somehow it just gets my mind reeling and I’m more at peace with myself, because I’m learning something new everyday.

I try to ignore/reframe things that bother me but are out of my control. Does this really matter? Is this worth getting annoyed over?

I am slowly becoming more present in the moment. So far it has taken 3 months to get to this point, but looking back at where I was, I am really pleased. Daily practice of the techniques, once in the morning, once in the evening. It works well. I hope others are having the same benefits.

I always try and see the other person’s point of view so that I don’t come across as naive and arrogant. The other person will always appreciate it when you take a second to consider their perspective. 🤔

I set little goals for myself to complete like: 1. Vacuum my room 2. Continue setting up my bullet journal 3. Painting my nails having something to make me feel busy so I don’t get bored and revert to being negative 24/7. The random goals just “give me a reason to live” so I don’t constantly feel down and then I would feel the need to keep pushing myself

Does anyone remember being a child? When you’d wonder why adults chose to live weird. Why none of them seemed to have as much fun, curiosity, excitement, and well contentment....what was the big deal? OH now I get it adults are fucked up people who are traumatized and scared, they are complying because they are under the impression that they need to...or else. They might face something so scary!!

Focusing on the physical sensation of my breathing around my nostrils, it's calming and helps to bring me into the present.

It’s not happening right now. I’m safe. Breathe. Ground. It’s not my fault what happened to me. People can’t tell what’s wrong...don’t have to explain...go to your safe space. Its not happening right now. It’s in the past. Breathe. Ground.

I go somewhere where I can be alone with no disturbances. Although sometimes I do sit with my dogs. And I just let my mind wander wherever it wants to go but always keep in mind that when bad thoughts pop up I need to be logical and reasonable about what I’m thinking. I normally end with positive affirmations.

Appreciate what today has to offer and accept what tomorrow will bring. Cherish those around you and make them feel appreciated and loved ❤

There is a price to pay when you have the correct answer, those who are deeply involved in the wrong have a lot of ammunition! Gathered from years of abuse and lack of perspective. All that is left from the wreckage of this human exertion is absolute love and acceptance. If you feel sad, tell someone, if your confused ask Mother Earth, watch what the animals do.

I think more on the positive side that there’s nothing that I can overcome . There might be something walls that might be hard to get through . But even though I can be depressed at times , there are times that I’m in a quiet place ( my room ) to meditate & think positive .

Guided meditations on Insight Timer. I used to be pretentious and only did silent meditation but I've come to love letting go and being guided into stillness.
