Exercising, especially walking, you hear your footsteps, sound scapes , trees, wind , including some insects. It great never realized Ir even paid attention to those sounds .

I use the Insight Timer app for a quick morning meditation, which I try to keep up daily. 10 minutes of daily guided meditation has helped me cope with work stresses to an astonishing degree. I also love videos by The Honest Guys on YouTube. They always calm and comfort me.

I remind myself of my boss’a words. That she’s working to keep me. That my workplace is my safe place. That I can talk to them and ask for help when I need it. That she respects us more when we say that we need a break from something.

I listen to this app and put it in practice today in a bad situation. I miss my love ones however I am mindful of their precence in my mind and soul, I pray for them , myself and others in need in this group. May we find peace of mind and a place in this life that we can happily call our own. In Jesus Christ name Amen.
