Honestly, having Pacifica ask me to check in with how I'm feeling helps me realize how I'm feeling and why.

I think of being the best I can be and not worrying about what other people think because honestly they aren't as focused on you as it seems

I practice mindfulness each morning by smiling 😀 Before I open my eyes each day. I check in with each sense. What do i hear, smell, taste, feel? Then when I open my eyes (see) I have a peice of driftwood with crystals and feathers hanging above my bed to remind me to SMILE. This has improved my mood.

Knowing that future me is going to be so proud of how far I’ve came. Because I’m already proud of myself from 2 years ago.

I like to think about everyone in a certain situation. Instead of focusing on how something will effect only me, think about how it might make the other people feel. This has helped me to be more aware of my actions and watch what I’m doing.

Today I realised beauty is a conception, an opinion but as long as you know your beautiful, and you most definitely are, you shouldn’t care what anyone else says

I know life is abstract. To be viewed in your own eyes at a different angle. And that everyone sees something different.

I actually do a lot of things to try and be mindful. I listen to my records to let go and just let the music take control, I do little art projects that keep my mind occupied, and I clean to help ease my anxiety and try to focus on accomplishing small goes like doing the dishes. Helps me get through each day!

By keeping a journal. In which I include my overall daily experiences. Starting tomorrow, my monk has recommended I keep track of habits that I know are negative along with things I have done to nourish my spirit.
