Picking myself up one step at a time! I started to work on getting a full 8-9 hours of sleep every night! I completed that and moved on to getting more exercise and eating better! Now im on too making myself feel more confident when i walk out the door in the morning! Starting to feel better! ❤️

Staying in the zone. Making each moment count. If I get a stressful thought or anxiety I pull myself back to what I'm doing. Each bad thought is like a bubble, so I pop them when they float into my mind!

I try to be fully aware of my senses while doing routine things. For instance, while washing dishes the feel of the water, it’s temperature and pressure as it flows from the faucet, the odor of the dish soap, the sound of the dishes clattering and water splashing, etc. Then, I express gratitude for the miracle of my senses, and that I have dishes, running water, and the ability to do my chores. This keeps me in the moment and aware of my blessings.

I journal a lot lately and I also write stuff on my laptop hoping that one day it might turn into a book that would help people who struggle all over the world to deal with same issues.

I continue reading Mindfull quotes and books. Do it again and again... And again. If you've learned your brain and body to think in a negative way, you can also make your brain and body, think in a positive way. Make it happen! Push yourself into think positively.. It might be hard sometimes, when something goes wrong.. But keep doing it. One day, you don't even think about it.

Been on you tube listening to Abraham Hicks for 2 days! It’s been helping! Positive creates Positive! Feel better this evening than I have in a week! My sister recommended this! So grateful!

I had to remind myself that only I’m in control of my life. My thoughts will manifest into my reality... Simple as that.

Practicing paying attention to each thing I do. Trying not to let my mind wander. If I get a bad thought I visually pull up a red stop sign and it stops the bad thought.

Therapy has helped tremendously! I've been going for almost 10 months now. Next week is my last appointment. I'm excited for my progress, but terrified to be on my own from now on. Any advice?

I pray in the morning n night. I exercise, I write and reflect on my past so I can see how far I have come, what I've learnt, how strong I am. I also spend time in nature go for a walk by the river be in the present no thoughts just listening to the birds watching nature butterflies trees feeling the sun n wind on my skin and being grateful for nature and for those whom have passed away human and pets and believe that they are part of nature now watching over me.

I make a conscious effort to look up when I walk. Up at the sky and tops of trees or just straight ahead. It feels instinctive to look down or be on your phone.

I am a woman, I think everybody is good at something. I’m good at recognition of human beings. I am excellent at realizing we are human (one species) of thousands. We do a lot of stuff we are at peace when our needs are met. We have a need to connect with each other and to ourselves. Because of this we are living excessively and calling it “good” it’s not necessary, nor is it real. I’m sorry.
