Remember you can’t change your past, but, you can change your future. The biggest obstacle for me was forgiving past me. I spent years guilting over the what ifs, or how I could’ve done better. But, I’m not in that place anymore, so I can only go up. I know sometimes it’s hard to think about the future, but there is one out there for you, so live for that, please.

You know what? Fuck staying positive and motivated all the time! It is okay to have a down day, to eat bad and stay in. The most important thing is that you can go back, and not stay locked in the place! Then over time that will happen less and less. But embrace your bad days just as your good days!

Breathing through it. Trying to make meditation a daily habit. Reminding myself that my brain is a muscle and it can be stronger and healthier as long as the sun shines another day and I water it with positivity and love.

Life is so precious. i feel so numb. i’ve never lost a close friend before and now i feel completely consumed by her sudden passing. i wish i would’ve told her i love her more or made an effort to see her more. tell your friends how much they mean to you because truly they can be gone the next day without a warning.

I think about how lucky I am to have a loving family and all the things I have. Some of my friends have been going through family issues. I do my best to help them and it also reminds me to be grateful for what I have.
