Go outside and notice the beauty surrounding you. Sit in the grass, on the beach, or anywhere that you feel the most at peace. Feel the energy radiating off of the Earth and all of it's creatures. Remember that you are alive. You are a part of this universe. No matter how small and insignificant you may feel in this big world, you matter. We all matter, because in death we all become one with each other and the universe. You are here now, and your life has a reason.

By being me, I had to except that I'm weird and akward even when people didn't like me for it, but I feel like when I did it anyway without caring about what others had to say it actually helped me a lot to feel more confident, I'm like You know what? just do it anyway, it doesn't matter who will like it because you will like it ethier way"

whenever i find myself getting overly stressed, upset, or just wrapped up in an individual issue, i take a step back and identify the source of my feelings. this helps me to isolate these feelings and separate any stress or discomfort from my overall life at the moment. it helps me to not let these thoughts and feelings take over my outlook on how i’m doing.
