I remind myself I’m doing ok. I can afford rent. I can afford a cell phone. I can afford to put food on the table.

Try doing something you always do, but in a new way: I just brushed my teeth in a different order than I usually do. Or sometimes I’ll take a different way when walking to a destination. It helps me notice new things and feelings.

I write down negative thoughts, identify them, and then write a positive counter-thought.

Advice: Kick off your shoes and walk bare foot on the grass, sand, etc (non cement). It works wonders by connecting you to Mother Earth, out of your mind and into your natural presence of unconditional love .

I keep a bullet journal. I track my sleep, mood, anxiety/depression/adhd symptoms, and write down one good thing that happens each day. It is also filled with drawings, therapy exercises, and quotes. :)

I am spring cleaning today. Trying to practice mindfulness by focusing on each task. Feel very anxious today but this activity is helping a bit.

Do you believe in angels? Namely, guardian angels? Mine visited me today, held my hand and led me forward. It's hard to explain without knowing a full story, but because of her, I made it through today this far.

If I feel a fit of short-tempered anger coming on I count to ten in my head and step back and look at myself and remember to watch what I say to my family members. Be respectful of others.

I think about the present and what I’m currently doing 😊 don’t worry about the tomorrow or future it will get there 💜

I’m not a rude person or anything, but if someone is writing something they think will help someone else’s day, please don’t be rude, and say something rude about that comment, or put it down. The person that is writing it, could be making them selves feel better, to make them feel like they can make a difference in someone’s life. So don’t be rude, please. Thanks. But on topic to stay mindful I try and keep hope, and thing about how good something could turn out.

Meditation. My mind was wandering today something awful and my mood/feelings were all over the place. The guided meditation said ..feelings are like clouds.. That helped. The feelings I was having, slowly moved on.

Motivational video followed by some sick dance music followed by me remembering that I can be the person that I strive to be, by being that person right here right now, day by day

Some people say "day by day". I have to stay in the "moment by moment". Otherwise I have a circuit overload!

If I'm in a bad mood I write in my journal or write a poem about how I feel.

When nothing else is working for me, ice brings me back to the present enough to keep myself safe. Something about the super cold sensation on my bare skin always gets my brain's attention🤷🏽‍♀️

Feeling like I've regressed recently, fallen into old habits and it's hurting the people closest to me. Need to keep my goals top of mind and focus on them every day; was making some real progress before

Observing the people around me (without being creepy about it) helps me with my mindfulness, which probably makes no sense but that’s how it is
