Eating mindfully- turn off screens and pay attention to eating, textures, flavors, etc. Notice appearance of the food. Use all of your senses and stay off of the phone.

Whenever i watch a movie I wonder how some scenes are shot, and when the movie is over, I watch videos on how they did it, it seems kind of interesting, a perfect example for this is when an actor or an actress play two characters in the movie and the scene would show them together and I can't stop thinking on how they did it

i like to get a ton of blankets and my stuffed animals from when i was little and create a safe place, like my own little world. i’ll bring a book, my phone to play relaxing music and sit and deep breathe. and besides, you’re never too old to hug a stuffed animal.
