Mindfulness Meditations for Stress Relief

For a while I felt like days just kept on repeating themselves, so I'd wake up thinking: Today I'll go to college and it's going to be a long day, and I'll do my homework when I'm back home, and then I'll get ready for tomorrow, When what I've should've said was: I'm going to college because I want to learn, because learning is important, for now and for my future, so I'll do my best, because this is my chance

When I was young I used to think that all the adults in the world are always doing things right, and they never get upset about anything, and they can always take responsibilities, So I believed that no matter what I go through as a child is going to change, and one day I'll wake up being someone completely different, But the reason why that was wrong is because we never stop growing. Everyday we learn, miss up, and get upset, but that's just apart of growing, and there's nothing wrong with that

I usually look outside and put myself in the position of someone who has it worse. I have support even though sometimes I don't feel like I do. I've been able to get this far in life, I'm bound to do greater things. I try to focus on doing something great within a short matter of time. I think that I'll be given the opportunity to do better later today or maybe tomorrow. It keeps me going. It gets me outside of the house so that more opportunities are available.

I close my eyes and listen to my music to think of what the songs would look like if they were interpret as colors or movements. I was in this state for many hours and realized what was happening around me was moving by so easily. I was at peace.

I meditate a lot and sometimes stare at a random object for a minute. I notice many things I hadn’t before!

I actually use an app called 365 Gratitude and listen to music, or other things that will keep me from focusing on anything negative for long.

Green sceneries, old villages and cottages, clean and flowing little stream, windmills, farm.. all of these leave this very peaceful and calming feeling...

For me, the trick is to stay mindful of the positive things because being mindful of the shitty things is not at all helpful. It can be downright depressing.

I made a written list of things I needed to do today. I found it much easier to follow than entering a list on my phone. I accomplished nearly everything today that I procrastinated last week😆👍🏻Yay!

I still have tons of incredible moments to live and so do you. Of course there are also bad experiences, but we learn from them which makes our lives better.
