I try to put away my phone for a while and focus on what I can see and hear and feel presently. I watch for details like birds far away in the sky or an ant on a piece of grass or the sound of a train in the distance.

Mindful of my thoughts. If something is bringing on my anxiety then I need to mindfully remove myself.

anyone else feel like whenever they’re about to be happy you find something to make yourself unhappy because maybe subconsciously you’re afraid of real happiness or don’t feel you deserve it?

I lose myself very easily. I'm always distracted with something, and it's like when I'm distracted, I'm not me and times passes faster. It's a weird feeling. I'm learning to not see it as a bad feeling, but just one that is. But still, I'd like to understand it and be more focused.

I try to think about how other people have it so so much worse than me. I shouldn’t even be upset at all, I’m so blessed

I am always overthinking and worrying so starting this app and doing the meditation to keep my mind occupied has really let me get ahold of my mindfulness.

Today I had my first panic attack where I really let myself feel how I was not ok. I went and sat down and just let myself panic. Eventually, it went away and my head became clear. I usually try to ignore myself when I feel panic arise, but this time I ignored everything else but me, and I am ok now.

Often I blame some force of nature for the bad luck I always seem to have. To me, things seem harder for me than those around me. But I’ve begun to just remind myself that the cards I’m being dealt are only making me stronger and wiser

I’m mindful about the support I receive on this app. I joined New Year’s Eve. Being able to read others thoughts and get feedback has helped me each day. I’m mindful that I’m not alone in my journey.

When needed to have mindfulness in my life is when I really just needed to get out of my worst habit; being stuck in my mind all day.

I feel empty and desperate as iI lost something and I need it back immediately. I browsed around the app just mechanically going through the tabs when I came across this section of the forum and I decided to sit and really explore how I feel and what may caused it. And what surprised me was that I actually felt fear and resistance when I usually enjoy nitpicking my own thoughts. I guess that it is rooted inside my feelings of general anxiety about the future because I still hold on to the past.

Don’t let your feelings get stuck inside of your head, express yourself and who you are. Don’t let anyone tell you you’re bad.
