Mindfulness Meditations for Stress Relief

I looked at the sky and watched how slowly the clouds moved. It's relaxing and calming. My body calms down seeing how natural mother nature isn't in a rush or forcing itself to move along the day, it's just moving. peacefully. calmly. and steady.

sometimes when i get really anxious & flustered i get outside (no matter the weather) and simply stare at everything in silence. it makes me aware of everything in the world i’m missing out on. that there is so much more to life than worrying about anything.

Change “I have to” to “I get to” showing gratitude is the best way to stay mindful. Life is such a gift even though it can seem like it’s not. It’s the little things.

I feed the birds and squirrels in my garden. I feel this act is altruistically pure & selfless , they don’t post their thanks on social media 😂

I started my morning with my uber broke down at the middle of the street. I need to arrived at work at 9am and it was 8.50am. I usually got panicked and worried, but for the first time I remained calm, help my driver to find the probleme, and I arrived exactly at 9am. This is the reminder, before you going into spiralling, take a deep breath, remind yourself 'it's fine', and move on. You are gonna be fine.

Doing my best to meditate and seeking comfort in the sky. Knowing there is a world bigger than me out there reassures me I'm part of a much bigger and beautiful place.

I recently started reading a lot about oriental philosophy and it was very calming too. But then recently i came across some people who really practice it and they were so rude. It broke my illusion.

To get to sleep each night I listen to “Nothing Much Happens” bedtime stories from a podcast by Kathryn Nicolai. It is so soothing, and I often don’t hear the end because I fall asleep before it finishes! 10/10 recommend to everyone!
