Mindfulness Meditations for Stress Relief

Mindful to not take people seriously. I’m not going to imagine that people are judging me. I’m me. I’m a good person. I’m going to be mindful to not let someone take my joy.

I just want to say that everyone is good enough. Everyone is good enough to talk to and to hang out with, and every person deserves respect and love.

I’m going through a breakup so something I did the other day was write 50 things I like about myself. It was hard but helped lessen the unrealistic pressure I was putting on myself. Would recommend!

Taking walks, even on rainy days I tend to embrace nature and accept the surroundings. Not only does it help the time to pass by but it also serves as a great distraction for when im feeling down + out.

Mindfulness for me is to stop, look, listen. What am I feeling at that moment? Why? Be in the moment.

Choose how you want to accept a situation. Change your reaction based on that choice. Realize the wisdom that exists in between the choices. We are in control of our choices.

By checking my mood tracker and reminding myself that I’m not as miserable as I keep thinking. The pain truly doesn’t last-the proof is right there

I just went through a painful breakup where I felt he was for me and we don't talk anymore. So I'm learning to focus on deserving someone treating me wonderful. That helps.

As a parent of a little toddler we watch a lot of Daniel Tiger. The lessons they learn through that program like expressing your feelings, how to push through when something is hard and how to control your anger is even helping me reevaluate and be mindful on how I react to things.

I saw an old oak tree today. Thicker than I could reach around. It was tall, leafless in the winter weather. It was amazing how I never realized how beautiful it was before. How strong it seems. I wonder what it has seen through the years. I wonder if the people coming and going even make a difference to it. What is one day in comparison to a hundred or more years? Will I remember this day in ten or twenty years? Will it matter? I hope so. I hope I noticed the beauty around me too.
