It’s hard to express how you’re feeling in the moment. So, ground yourself, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, and then write them down. Give yourself a chance to feel your own feelings.

I stay mindful by being very aware of my feelings and emotions and acknowledging my range of moods rather than just brushing them off. It helps be to be more in the moment and feel more real. If I don't take days in small increments, I don't do very well at all. P.S. I could use someone to talk to tonight. Anybody down for a little heart to heart would be cool. :)

I try to check in with the people I care about and let them know I’m available, especially my young adult children who are navigating a whole new world that my generation cannot even fathom. But at least we can fathom that we cannot fathom.

I am so happy ! , so in love with my husband. And i have been trying to appreciate every seconds of this wonderful day, filled with an unimaginable amount of love. It doesn't get any better than that. Grandma was a real miracle of life. She had to be to be able to make her funeral day such a beautiful, happy and peaceful day for everyone. Life is so wonderful today ! Thank you grandma. Thank you grandpa !

Ive felt mentally drained lately and was in need of a break from my life. So I went home to visit my parents and had a normal couple days, didn’t take any work calls, and just focused on a plan to better myself. It was everything I needed.
