When I catch myself feeling negative emotions towards others or myself I stop, take a few deep breaths and remind myself that I promised to act from the place of love and peace and ask myself what is the most loving way to deal with the situation or the one bringing peace into the situation

I meditate most mornings, before I leave the house, and think of things I’m grateful for if I can’t fall asleep easily at night. I usually find more than I expected, and never seem to finish the list...

The most important promises to keep are the ones you make to yourself. Building self trust is following through with what you say you’re going to do for yourself. If you said you’re gonna clean your room tomorrow, you do it for yourself. If you say you’ll do your hair, do it for yourself. That’s a mindful way to build self trust.

There’s something that really matters to me that’s playing on my mind a lot. I am scheduling 10 minutes of worry time at 11am so that I am not ignoring my feelings but I not worrying about it all the time.

I interpret my dreams from the night before. Although I may not remember every detail, any symbol or action that i feel is substantial I search it on DreamMoods.com . Interpreting you dreams kinda gives you an insight on things you feel but may not be able to explain. And sometimes gives me a little hope about the future .
