I just had an anxiety attack and to help I paint. And i paint flowers and leaves stuff like that and im too focused on mixing colors that i bretah normal again.

When I start to judge myself and others and labeling everything with bads and goods, I take a breath and stop judging and simply witness my experiences. It gives me power to see what I can actually do to help versus what I think I should feel guilty about.

Being nice to yourself as well as others is super important. I continue to be nice to everyone but I judge every single thing about myself.. constantly feeling like I’m not good enough.. constantly getting judged from others.. So now I try so so hard to focus on the good and try to avoid any negative thoughts also avoiding picking faults with my appearance.

Whenever I'm haveing an anxiety attack, i like to sit down, take out my phone or a piece of paper, and write down what I think are beautiful in the world. It takes my mind off the moment to just be. I use my surrounding to pick items where I can make a list, even if they seem rlly stupid, to write down what I think are beautiful. And I write down everything, because it makes me so damn happy to know that I think everything in the world is beautiful, no mater how silly it may seem.

I keep myself in check by noticing my mood and when it is shifting. I notice those around me and stay mindful of how they may be feeling. I strive to not let my personal struggles melt over into others.
