Someone I barely know at work today told me she had fought off cancer twice. I told her I was sorry she had that happen but I told her I was really glad she was still with us and I meant it. This is kinda' out of character for me to be nice or sympathetic like that but it felt good to me. Maybe I should try more often each day to be kind to people.

My mind kept trying to sway me in wrong directions but what the Doctor told me really helped me get through it. She said "when it comes, just acknowledge what it is, tell yourself it's just an attack, I'm really ok and I'm not going to die"! I kept reminding myself today that it's a mind thing...think happy thoughts 😁😁 I've had a good day, I hope you all have as well 😚

I try and accomplish something every day - anything, weather that be meeting up with a friend, going on a walk, drawing something, going to the gym, editing a bunch of photos etc, has anyone got any suggestions on little accomplishments I can start trying to achieve on days where I’m feeling less motivated or am unable to go anywhere and do anything with other people?
