Whenever I feel like a panic attack is coming or I’m about to cry, I quickly try to concentrate on my breathing until I feel okay.

I remind myself that it is just my anxiety. This physical symptoms WILL go away. You can do this and you have to keep fighting through it. No matter how hard things get, staying positive and pushing through will get you farther than you could ever imagine.

Yesterday I spent the day practising digital art, I drew penguins which I copied from a photo that I took, it made me proud as it was all might work and not just a photo I found online to copy

I like to meditate in the morning, this grounds me while I’m atill in a peaceful state after a restful sleep. I also practise deep breathing throughout the day when I notice tension in my body.

I will look back at my goals from a year ago and see what I have accomplished. I’m still checking things off. It’s been a slow process but it reminds me that it eventually will come to pass and I will reach those goals in time

I currently use public transport to get to and from work. I use this travelling time to reflect on my day so I can avoid bringing any issues home with me to my husband (although I do love my job, I have hard days) it's definitely helped our relationship

I have a list on my wall of ten ways to stay mindful each day. I look at it in the morning to remind myself to stay in the moment and to not criticize myself as much as I do.
