It’s okay to let go of someone. You should be with someone who is good for your mental health. They shouldn’t be bringing you down, and you need to remember that.

After a rough night, I decided to really focus on my mental state today. This morning I made breakfast and ate it out in my aunts garden. The sun was shining and birds were quietly chirping. It's been a good start to the day

Replacing "why is this happening to me" with "what can I learn from this?" Is a game changer ❤️ Continue those small steps to change your mentality. They might just be what save you from your overbearing thoughts.

I started journaling. I set a timer for 10-15 minutes a day and I find prompts that help me focus on my likes, my goals, and what I want (instead of writing about relationships and anxieties and stressors). For those minutes I am only focused on me. I can just sit and be aware of myself. It’s an active sort of meditation.

You have the power to refine yourself and the way you react to life events. Emotions should not win, especially over logic. I’ve recently started to focus on not being irritable and already feel better :)

Focusing on why I am thinking the way that I am and how I process situations. Changing my thoughts to positive ones. Recieving information for reality not my negative perception of what it could be.

It ok not to be ok. But don't you dare give up. We are all human and life can be hard at times but it also so beautiful when you look at life positivley and complete self help and self love rituals. I hope everyone here finds themselves and gains the love and acceptance they need. Let choose to be happy and magnificent....

By trying to live a kind of minimalistic life. When it is a mess around me and i have a lot of stuff laying around, I feel more stressed and overwhelmed. I want to avoid that!
