I want us all to practice incredible forgiveness for ourselves and for others. I don't care what you did or when....10 minutes ago or 10 years ago. Breathe in.... Breathe out let it go. You can be better than any mistake. Have a blessed and wonderful day.

I do this grounding exercise I call "5 things". I put my attention on 5 things I see, 5 things I hear and 5 things I feel. I try to concentrate on each thing and really take in that experience.

You don’t need to be so selfless all the time. It’s okay to be selfish if it will help with your wellbeing.

I look forward to my daily Pacifica check in. It’s one of the most grounding parts of my day.

Start my day with a positive self image. I get a lift from thinking of one personal quality that I am thankful to have.

I collect quotes, mantras, koans; write them on note cards. Every day, I draw a card from the stack and use that saying as part of my meditation. Helps me to get certain concepts to sink in, how to deal with problems, anxiety, and other people.

I try to think of all the senses in an evening shower. Smell the soaps, feeling the warm water against my back, etc...

Meditation is helping, and when i walk i take in my surroundings extra well. I also stay grateful for what I have, not envious of what others have, or I'm trying.

Although its depressing at times, I think about how ill never experience any single moment over again, even the sad ones. Also think about how quickly a life can be taken, your own or someone else's. It helps me a lot. Even if its depressing, I still value each memory.

I use my anxiety to practice mindfulness. When it comes up, I locate and feel the stress in my body and don’t try to suppress it. Just feel it change and eventually dissolve in the body. Anxiety loses its power when I do this.

When you’re about to get mad or irritated, keep calm. Think, is it that big a deal and what will a negative attitude accomplish? This is difficult but I’ve been trying to keep myself grounded

I have been noticing my thoughts without judgement or evaluation. If I feel the slightest inckling of emotion, I am careful to not feed it. So as to be aware that somewhere there is a deeply held belief or learned behavior there.
