whenever situations seem a bit too much, just think of tomorrow and the next day and the next. everyday you wake up in a different mood not knowing what life throws at you. so you just gotta push through. what doesn’t kill you is simply a lesson. don’t ever be afraid or doubtful. things do get better.

I force myself to stay in the present, anyway I can, even if it's thinking of 3 things I've done that day. I used to dwell on the past. It only hurt me, and weighed me down.
