I set an alarm to go off throughout the day at random times and when it goes off I stop what I'm doing. I identify how I'm feeling and what I'm doing in that current moment.

Take notice of my senses; what I see, smell, hear, feel. Checking in with myself on how I feel emotionally and how my body feels as well. Then find something positive to notice.

I pray to god when I’m in times of need so now I try to pray to him every night just to tell him thank you and that I love him

Im changing my room into art. I paint my walls white making it as a canvas and i would let my family and my friends draw it. Why? Because i think it would create nice,good,funny memories. So whenever im down i would just look at my walls and remember all the fun. Hanging your love ones pictures on the wall helps too. Put some gliw in the dark stars makes it very beautiful. Im doing this!! Im so exited. You wanna try too??

I try to examine an anxious thought and find something positive I can do about it. When my mind starts to gallop from a problem that may not even be real to the worst thing that can happen with that problem I tell myself to knock it off and sometimes that works.
